INGREDIENTS
3 large sweet potatoes
2 Tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
2 Tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tsp TOP CLASS Chilli Flavoured Spice Mix
METHOD:
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Thoroughly wash the sweet potatoes before slicing into wedges.
Toss the wedges in a bowl with the oil, salt, pepper, rosemary and TOP CLASS Chilli Flavoured Spice Mix.
Place on a baking sheet, skin side down.
Bake for 30-40 minutes.
Add some chilli flakes for an extra kick!
