INGREDIENTS
½ big cabbage
3 Tbsp oil
2 Tbsp crushed garlic and ginger
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
3 Tbsp TOP CLASS Hot Flavoured Curry Powder
3 carrots, grated
TOP CLASS Original Flavoured Spice Mix, to season
METHOD:
Slice up cabbage and set aside.
Fry onions in oil until glossy then add 3 tablespoons of TOP CLASS Hot Flavoured Curry Powder.
Add in garlic, ginger paste and green onion.
Add in the sliced cabbage and keep on stirring on a low heat for 5 minutes.
Stir in the grated carrots and cook for a further 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and season with TOP CLASS Original Flavoured Spice Mix.
Garnish with fresh chilli for a burst of flava and heat!
