INGREDIENTS
250g macaroni, cooked according to package instructions
Ready-made cheese sauce
4 slices of bread
Butter
1 Tbsp TOP CLASS Mild & Spicy Curry Powder
TOP CLASS Chilli Flavoured Spice Mix, for seasoning.
METHOD:
Combine the cooked macaroni with the TOP CLASS Mild & Spicy Curry Powder and the heated cheese sauce and set aside.
Butter one side of each slice of bread.
Put a slice of bread, butter side down, on the hot plate of the toastie machine and add a large spoonful of macaroni cheese.
Top with another slice of bread, butter side up, and close the toastie machine.
Toast for 2 minutes until the bread is golden brown.
Top it off with a sprinkle of TOP CLASS Chilli Flavoured Spice Mix for a burst of flavour.
Turn up the heat with a fiery dipping sauce - mix Tomato Sauce and TOP CLASS Hot Curry Powder, in a bowl and serve on the side.
