INGREDIENTS
4 - 5 potatoes, cubed
200g TOP CLASS Oxtail & Tomato Flavoured Soya Mince
2 cups mixed vegetables of your choice
3 cups water
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 tsp garlic & ginger (optional)
Oil for frying
METHOD
Boil the potatoes until almost cooked.
In a pot fry the onion in oil until soft.
Add the peppers, garlic, ginger and tomatoes into the pot and fry for 5 minutes.
Add in the TOP CLASS Oxtail & Tomato Flavoured Soya Mince, the par-boiled potatoes and vegetables into the pot and stir.
Let it cook on low heat for 10 minutes, keep stirring.
Add dumplings to your stew instead of serving with plain rice.
