INGREDIENTS
1.5kg chicken wings
2 eggs, lightly beaten
200g TOP CLASS Chicken Flavoured Soup
200g TOP CLASS Original Flavoured Coating
Oil for frying
Water for boiling
METHOD
Boil the chicken pieces in boiling water for 6-8 minutes and pat dry.
Lightly beat your eggs before dipping the chicken pieces into the egg mixture.
Generously sprinkle the TOP CLASS Chicken Flavoured Soup and the TOP CLASS Original Flavoured Coating.
Fry each chicken wing in hot oil until golden brown and cooked.
Add a dollop of chutney for a taste explosion.
