INGREDIENTS
½ cup kidney beans, drained
½ cup sugar beans, drained
1L water
1kg beef, sliced
2 Tbsp oil
1 onion, chopped
1 x 410g tin chopped tomatoes
2 tsp TOP CLASS Steak & Chops Flavoured Spice Mix
1 cup hot water
3 Tbsp TOP CLASS Chilli Beef Flavoured Soup
1 Tbsp sugar
1 green pepper, sliced
Soft or hard shell tacos
METHOD
Rinse the beans. Place in a pot with 1L of water and bring to a boil. Turn off the heat and leave the beans to stand for an hour.
Brown the meat in oil, set aside and fry the onion in the same pan.
Drain the beans then add the meat, onions, tomatoes, TOP CLASS Steak & Chops Flavoured Spice Mix, water, TOP CLASS Chilli Beef Flavoured Soup powder and sugar in a pan and allow to simmer until the meat is tender.
Add the green pepper and allow to cook for a further 5 minutes.
Warm the tacos as per the pack instructions and stuff them full with your delicious cooked ingredients.
Make it authentic with sour cream, dhania, grated cheese and diced avocado...lots of it!
