SERVES: 8 People
COOKING TIME: 20 Minutes
• 500g pasta
• 2 Tbsp (30ml) oil
• ½ cabbage, shredded
• 4 sticks celery, chopped
• 2 carrots, grated
• 1 red pepper, sliced
• 1 x 470g can crushed pineapple
• 2 cups (500ml) mayonnaise
• 1 Tbsp TOP CLASS Curry Powder Mild
Cook the pasta in boiling water until tender.

Drain and toss in oil.

Combine all remaining ingredients and add to cooked pasta before tossing well.
____________________________________
Chill before serving.
Use tinned pears instead of crushed pineapple and sprinkle in blue cheese.
