INGREDIENTS
500g pasta
500g chicken fillets, cut into strips
250g mushroom, chopped
½ red pepper, chopped
½ green pepper, chopped
½ yellow pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
3 Tbsp oil
4 Tbsp flour
500ml milk
250ml fresh cream
½ tsp TOP CLASS Medium Flavoured Curry Powder
TOP CLASS Original Flavoured Spice Mix, to season
METHOD
Cook pasta until soft and tender and set aside.
In a pan, fry onions in oil until glossy and then add the TOP CLASS Medium Flavoured Curry Powder.
Add the chopped peppers, chicken strips and mushrooms to the pan, continue to fry until the chicken is cooked.
Mix in the cooked pasta.
Mix the flour, milk and fresh cream together before adding to the pan.
Cook until the sauce thickens and season with TOP CLASS Original Flavoured Spice Mix.
Add a cup of chopped spinach for colour or top with cheese and make into a pasta bake.
