INGREDIENTS
½ cabbage, sliced
3 Tbsp oil
1 Tbsp crushed garlic
1 Tbsp crushed ginger
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
3 carrots, grated
3 Tbsp TOP CLASS Hot Flavoured Curry Powder
TOP CLASS Original Flavoured Spice Mix, to season
METHOD
Fry the onions in oil until glossy and then add the TOP CLASS Hot Flavoured Curry Powder.
Add the peppers, ginger and garlic and fry for another minute.
Add in the sliced cabbage and keep stirring for 5 minutes.
Add grated carrots and cook for a further 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and season with TOP CLASS Original Flavoured Spice Mix.
Garnish with fresh dhania.
Serve your meal in individual ramekins with a slice of steamed bread.
